How to Use Dispersing Agent NNO?

Dispersing Agent NNO is used as a dispersant and filler for disperse and vat dyes. When processing disperse dyes or vat dye particles to fineness, Dispersing Agent NNO can be added to the grinder and sand mill together with the dye. The dosage of Dispersing Agent NNO is 0.5-3 times that of vat dyes or 1.5-2 times that of disperse dyes. A portion of it can be reserved for use as a filler when the dye is commercialized.

Dispersing Agent NNO is used for vat dyeing: County float pad dyeing method: In the pad dyeing bath, generally 3-5 g/L of dispersant N is added, and in the reducing bath, generally 15-20 g/L of dispersant N is added; Leuco acid method: The dosage of dispersant N is 2-3 g/L.   

Dispersing Agent NNO is used for disperse dye dyeing: When polyester is dyed under high temperature and high pressure, generally 0.5-1.5 g/L of dispersant N can be added to the dye bath.

Dispersant NNO is used for ice dye dyeing: It is used to improve level dyeing and friction fastness. The dosage of dispersant N in the base bath is generally 2-5 g/L, and the dosage of dispersant N in the developing bath is generally 0.5-2 g/L.
