Sodium Naphthalene Sulphonate Superplasticizer
Description
The Sodium Naphtahlene Sulphonate/naphthalene-based superplasticizer is a non-air-entraining high-efficiency water reducing agent synthesized by the chemical industry, which has strong cement particle dispersibility. Easily soluble in water, has stable physical and chemical properties and good effect. It has the characteristics of high dispersity, low foaming, high water reduction rate, strength, early strength and excellent strengthening, strong adaptability to cement.
Application
1. Concrete industry
SNF is widely used in the construction industry, particularly in mortar and concrete admixtures. SNF can reduce water content by 10-25%, resulting in improved workability, reduced permeability, and increased strength. Its ability to reduce water content while maintaining the workability of the mixture makes it an essential component in producing high-strength concrete. By reducing the amount of water in the concrete admixtures, SNF enhances the strength and density of the final product. This also results in lower shrinkage and reduced risk of cracking.
2 Textile and dye industry
In the textile industry, SNF is used as a dispersing agent for dyes and pigments. It ensures that the dyes are evenly distributed throughout the fabric, resulting in uniform coloration. Its dispersing properties help in the stabilization of dye solutions, improving the quality of the dyed materials.
3 Chemical manufacturing
SNF is used to produce synthetic resins, paper, and other materials that require a strong dispersing agent.

Package, Storage & Shelf Life
It is packed in 25kg plastic and paper compound bag, 650kg/700kg jumbo bag.
Keep container closed when it is not in use, store in dry, cool and shaded place.
Shelf Life: Minimum 12 months when unopened. After the expiration date, it can be used if testing results is qualified.
