Dosage & Usage & Cautions
● Can be used solo or in synergy with other polycarboxylate superplasticizers.
● Recommended Dosage: Between 0.05% and 0.3% by weight of binding materials based on the product's solid content. For adjusting setting time, Sodium Gluconate is advised if necessary.
● It is forbidden to be mixed with naphthalene-based admixtures. If other admixtures, such as set retarder or corrosion-inhibiting admixture, are required simultaneously for some special projects, compatibility tests should be conducted beforehand.
● Concrete test must be carried out before utilization.
● Products should be stored in 0℃-40℃ temperature environment, without direct sunshine, without getting wet in the rain the leaking water, without mixing impurities, without evaporation of water.
Package, Storage & Shelf Life
● Package: For liquid, it is packed in 220kg drums, 1100kg IBC, flexitank, or customized packaging upon request.
● Keep container closed when it is not in use, store in dry, cool and shaded place.
●Shelf Life: Minimum 12 months when unopened. After the expiration date, it can be used if testing results is qualified.
