JIANKAI® JK-PCE-WSR Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer PCE Polyether Liquid(50% Solid Content) is polyether based high performance copolymer liquid designed for highest concrete quality. It has high water reducing rate and good slump retention properties and can solve the adaptability problems of different types of cements. It is especially used to prepare high-strength concrete, high-performance concrete, high-grade concrete, mass concrete, self-leveling concrete, self-compacting concrete, etc.

Technical Features

1.JIANKAI® JK-PCE-WSR Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer PCE Liquid have high water reducing rate with low dosage. The water reducing rate can reach 25%-40% with recommended dosage. 

2.PCE liquid have high water reduction: compared with JIANKAI® JK-PCE-WR, the comprehensive cost can be saved by 10-25%.

3.JIANKAI® JK-PCE-WSR has good slump retention: In general, when preparing concrete that requires slump retention within 1.5 hours, this product can be used alone without the need to introduce additional slump retention agent;

4.Strong adaptability. It adapts well with many kinds of concrete, especially suitable for the stone has much mud;

5.High applicability. It’s suitable for formulating concrete with variety of performance requiremetns, especially C20-C100 high performance concrete. 

6.Green admixtures. The production does not pollute the environment, no chlorine ions, the alkali content is also low, it is one green and environmental-friendly product.

7.Greatly improve early and 28 days strength of concrete. 

8.Save cost. More slag or fly ash can be used instead of cement to reduce costs.

Using Instructions

Add in proportion and mix thoroughly. Recommended dosage is 0.2-0.8% based on binder weight. The detailed dosage should be determined by test in advance according to local raw materials and construction regulation. 1. The recommended dosage range of the product is 0.10%~0.8%. For the specific cement and mix ratio, the optimum dosage should be determined through experiments. 2. When used, it can be mixed with stirring water or added to concrete at the same time. 3. The product can be combined with various anti-coagulants, air-entraining agents and other functional admixtures. 4. Since this product is a water-reducing mother liquor, it is recommended that customers reduce the solid content of the product before use, determine the optimum dosage by experiment, and compound other admixture products if necessary.

Package, Storage & Shelf Life

This product Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer PCE is liquid, it is packed in plastic drum, 1.1 ton / barrel or 220KG / barrel, can also be used for tank storage and storage process anti-seepage and leakage prevention,anti-exposure, one year after the date of expiry should be tested to determine the use This product is not flammable and not explosive.

Store and transport goods under cool and dry conditions. It should be stored in a dedicated warehouse that is well-ventilated and dry and keep away from moisture. Take antifreeze measures in very low temperature.
