Description
Polycarboxylic Ether Based Superplasticizers PCE Liquid is an eco-friendly, new-generation, high-performance polycarboxylate ether superplasticizer featuring a unique comb shape. The main chains of this high-performance polycarboxylate superplasticizer attach themselves elegantly to the surface of cement granules. This strategic positioning effectively hinders hydration and enhances flow retention abilities. The branch chains, embracing the cement granules, serve dual roles in providing steric hindrance and electrostatic repulsion, a method distinctively superior to traditional water reducers. Consequently, this advanced polycarboxylic ether-based superplasticizer offers remarkable dispersion and water-reducing capabilities. Dosage
Dry mixed homogeneously with other ingredients of dry mortar and packaged as one product, which can be at job site mixed with recommended dosage of water for application. Recommended dosage is 0.01-0.30% based on binder weight. The detailed dosage should be determined by test in advance according to local raw materials and construction regulation.

Package, Storage & Shelf Life
Package: For liquid, it is packed in 220kg drums, 1100kg IBC, flexitank, or customized packaging upon request.
Keep container closed when it is not in use, store in dry, cool and shaded place.
Shelf Life: Minimum 12 months when unopened. After the expiration date, it can be used if testing results is qualified.
