Polycarboxylate Ether Superplasticizer PCE Powder
Performance
1. Polycarboxylate Ether Superplasticizer Powder can impart mortar quick plasticizing speed, high liquefying effect, easiness of defoaming as well as low loss of those properties by the time.
2. Polycarboxylate Ether Superplasticizer Powder is of good compatibility with various kind of cement or gypsum binders, other additives such as defoaming agent, retarder, expansive agent, accelerator, etc.
3. High dispersity, it can improve slurry fluidity, facilitate construction work, and also enhance compressive strength.
4. Low moisture absorption rate, when placed in the air for a long time, it can still maintain the powder state, and not easy to cake.
5. High durability, with lower loss of slump, effectively prolong working time.
6. Reduce W/C ratio, enhance early and final concrete strength, improve durability and lower concrete shrinkage and creep.

Usage & Dosage
Dry mixed homogeneously with other ingredients of dry mortar and packaged as one product, which can be at job site mixed with recommended dosage of water for application. Recommended dosage is 0.01-0.30% based on binder weight. The detailed dosage should be determined by test in advance according to local raw materials and construction regulation.
Package, Storage & Shelf Life
It is packed in 25kg plastic and paper compound bag.
Keep container closed when it is not in use, store in dry, cool and shaded place.
Shelf Life: Minimum 12 months when unopened. After the expiration date, it can be used if testing results is qualified.
