Description

JK-JNNO-B Dispersing Agent NNO(Na2SO4≤15%) can mainly used as a dispersant in disperse dyes, vat dyes, reactive dyes, acid dyes and leather dyes. It has excellent grinding effect, solubility and dispersibility. It can also be used in textile printing and dyeing, wettable pesticides as a dispersant, papermaking dispersant, electroplating additives, water-soluble coatings, pigment dispersants, water treatment agents, carbon black dispersants, etc. JK-JNNO-B Dispersing Agent NNO is mainly used in industry for pad dyeing of vat dye suspensions, leuco acid dyeing, and dyeing of dispersed and soluble vat dyes. It can also be used for dyeing silk/wool interwoven fabrics to make the silk colorless. JK-JNNO-B is mainly used in the dye industry as a diffusion aid in the manufacture of dispersion and color lakes, rubber emulsion stability, and leather tanning aid.

Application

Leather industry:

As a pre-tanning agent in leather processing, which can make filling and soft. As auxiliary tanning agent in leather industry, used together with tanning agent to avoid tanning agent stick on with leather. 

Printing and dyeing industry: 

As dispersant in textile printing and dyeing industry: pigment pad dyeing of disperse dye; vat acid dyeing of disperse dye; dye for silk and feather mix fabric; soluble vat dye dyeing, etc. also can be used as dispersant for disperse dye and lake making; filler for commercial dye etc. 

Building materials industry: 

Used as an early strength cement to reduce water, which makes cement has good dispersion effect after cement shock, strengthen cement strength, shorten construction period, save cement and save water. The dispersing agent NNO has improved the tensile, anti-seepage, antifreeze and compressive elastic modulus of the mixed soil.

Agricultural industry:

Used as a stabilizer for pesticide and herbicide manufacturing. Can be widely used in wet pesticide, has good dispersion and solubilization, can obviously improve the efficiency.

Electroplating industry:

As a processing aid in electroplating industry, so that the cladding film can be even and have a better brightness. The addition of dispersing agent NNO in color electroplating can disperse the pigment uniformly, which can obviously improve the brightness of the electroplating surface, so that the cladding film can be even and have a better brightness. 

Rubber industry:

In the production process of rubber (latex) industry. For dispersing materials such as sulphur promoters, antioxidant zinc oxide fillers (such as barium sulfate and calcium carbonate), the dispersion effect can be improved and the ball milling time can be shortened.

Used as a processing aid in manufacturing aqueous dispersions in latex based rubber industry, water-based dyes, reactive dyes, acid-based dyes and leather dyes. It enhances grinding action in production of sulfur, accelerators, anti-oxidants and some fillers such as zinc oxide, barium sulphate, calcium carbonate etc.

Paper industry: 

Water-soluble paint, pigment dispersant, water treatment agent, carbon black dispersant.

1. As a dispersed filler of disperse and vat dyes. Dosage is the 0.5~3 times of vat dyes or 1.5~2 times of disperse dyes.

2. For tied dye, dosage of dispersant NNO is 3~5g/L, or 15~20g/L of Dispersant NNO for reduction bath.

3. 0.5~1.5g/L for polyester dyed by dispersed dye in high temperature / high pressure.

4. Used in the dyeing of azoic dyes, dispersant dosage is 2~5g/L, dosage of dispersant NNO is 0.5~2g/L for development bath.
