Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer PCE Liquid for WR Water Reduction Type can be applied in a wide variety industry and can improve the workability to the concrete and to improve high early compressive strength, even with low water/cement ratios while maintaining normal levels of workability.

It can be widely used in conventional concrete, pumping concrete, super-fluid self-compacting and high-performance concrete; it has the excellent performance especially in the application of high-strength high performance concrete.

Advantages

1. Low dosage and high water reducing rate can reach 25%-30%, excellent plasticizing effect. And produces concrete with high levels of workability without segregation.

Specifications

Dosage

0.2 to 0.8% by weight of cement (usually dilute 20% solid content). Standard water reduction at normal dosage and significant water reduction at higher dosage. Exact dosage rates are dependent on the type of effect sought, quality of cement and aggregates, water/cement ratio and ambient temperature. Therefore, in many cases it is advisable to carry out trial mixes.

Package, Storage & Shelf Life

It is packed in 1.1ton IBC tank and Flexitank.
Keep container closed when it is not in use, store in dry, cool and shaded place.
Shelf Life: Minimum 12 months when unopened. After the expiration date, it can be used if testing results is qualified.
