Description

Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer PCE Liquid 50% is a new generation of environmentally-friendly Polycarboxylic Acid High Performance Water Reducing Agent, it is the latest generation of environmentally friendly polycarboxylate high water reducing agent developed by our company Shanxi Jiankai Fine Chemicals.
It has a certain water reducing effect, and significantly improves the cohesiveness of concrete and improves the concrete performance. Due to its extremely high water reduction rate, this product can greatly improve the plasticity index of fresh concrete, thereby improving the pumping and workability of concrete. At the same time, it has excellent performance in terms of strength and growth.

Dosage
Add in proportion and mix thoroughly. Recommended dosage is 0.2-0.8% based on binder weight. The detailed dosage should be determined by test in advance according to local raw materials and construction regulation.
Usage Cautions
Package, Storage & Shelf Life
For Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer PCE Liquid, it is packed in 220kgs/drum, 24.5 tons/Flexitank, 1100kg/IBC or upon request. Storage: Stored at ventilated dry warehouse of 2-35ºC and packaged intact, without unsealing, shelf life is one year. Protect from direct sunlight and freezing.
Store and transport goods under cool and dry conditions. It should be stored in a dedicated warehouse that is well-ventilated and dry and keep away from moisture. Take antifreeze measures in very low temperature.
