High Range Water Reducing Concrete Admixture Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer PCE ASTM C494, Type F JIANKAI® JK-PL-HSR Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer for High Slump Retention(Liquid, Solid Content 50%) JIANKAI® JK-PCE-HSR Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer PCE Liquid for High Slump Retention Type is polyether based high performance copolymer liquid designed for highest concrete quality. Technical Feature

JIANKAI® JK-PL-HSR Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer for High Slump Retention(Liquid, Solid Content 50%) keep good performance in high temperature for a long time, especially for construction in high temperature in summer, it has better slump retention performance than JIANKAI® JK-PCE-SR. The slump retention time can be improved by 20%-30%. 
Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer PCE liquid can be used for long time transportation, poor slump retention caused by high temperature, and other construction requirements and construction areas.
As the product has low water reducing rate at initial time, so normally it is advised to formulate with our JK-PCE-WR or other functional admixtures. 

Application

For the preparation of various levels of pumping concrete, long-distance transport of commercial concrete. Suitable for high-strength concrete, fluidized concrete, self-compacting, mass concrete, high performance concrete,concrete structure of under water.
For a variety of civil works, high-rise reinforced concrete frame structure, especially for highway, railway, bridge engineering, tunnel engineering, hydraulic dams, nuclear power engineering, ports, docks,and other underground facilities that require high durability of concrete large concrete structure, but also for large prestressed concrete beams, plates production, steam curing concrete and so on.downLoadImg(2)

Dosage

Add in proportion and mix thoroughly. Recommended dosage of Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer PCE Liquid is 0.2-0.8% based on binder weight. The detailed dosage should be determined by test in advance according to local raw materials and construction regulation.

Usage Cautions

When using Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer PCE liquid, the mud content of sand and stone and quality variety of admixtures has great effect on slump retention. So standard aggregate and admixtures are recommended. 
After mix the product with water, then add into the mixed materials. The dosage is based on the cementitious materials weight, according to the concrete design, please adjust the water consumption or sand rate to meet users’ requirements. 
When mixing and measuring the slump loss, be aware that it takes longer time to be in effect than naphthalene admixtures. 
Do not mix with naphthalene-based admixtures. If other admixtures, such as set retarder or corrosion-inhibiting admixture, are required simultaneously for some special projects, compatibility tests should be conducted beforehand.

Package, Storage & Shelf Life

For Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer PCE Liquid, it is packed in 1.1 ton IBC tank, one 20'ft load 22 tons.

Store and transport goods under cool and dry conditions. It should be stored in a dedicated warehouse that is well-ventilated and dry and keep away from moisture. Take antifreeze measures in very low temperature.

Keep container closed when it is not in use, store in dry, cool and shaded place. Shelf Life: Minimum 12 months when unopened. After the expiration date, it can be used if testing results is qualified.Well-packaged product has a shelf life of 12 months since production. 
If the product exceeds the expiration date, it must be verified through testing before use.
